It is highly recommended to open a water mark on the old revisions on documents accordance to the latest revision updates
whenever the new revisions is uploading the Old revisions should be automatically updated with water mark , and the Power administrator have the rights to remove the water marks from the file on basis of request
if not possible, on security system basis we have to add water mark of 'SUPERSEDED' or Cancelled on the drawings (only) , and that should be authenticated personnel can update with the support of system power administrator
