I think its really silly that we cannot quickly see who has/hasn't voted on items in a workflow. I have multiple people who need to be voting and with a long list of items why can they not quickly find this out? or generate a report? It just makes peoples jobs a lot more time consuming to go through every single item and open up the workflow to check the votes. We need this sorted out please its not acceptable.

After 3 years on a major project extracting from the hideous vote comment project data dump report. New start same issues.. its the basics of a document control system..what group has and hasn't voted its a design managers 101 and its still not catered for.
still waiting for this, come on...
Workflow reporting is in dire need of improvement.
A key requirement for Design/Construction/Project Managers is to be able to see the state of play of documents/drawings going through the system, to identify bottlenecks.
Reports only show the current node in the workflow, not the workflow name, so you have to produce multiple reports, one per workflow. (when you drill down from the overdue dashboard report, it includes the workflow name, but you can't export this to an excel report.)
Yes you can show the info on a dashboard, users (esp Managers) like excel spreadsheets!
A really good idea and well overdue
