custom closure options

A few of our clients have requested custom ways to close tasks so as to suit the current RFI and Submittal structure. e.g. Approved, Approved with Comments, Rejected, Rejected and resubmitted. The inability of the system to cater for this has meant in each case the client decided not to use viewpoint for projects for their RFI and Submittals.

Custom fields in tasks aren't easily changed, don't show up as a menu item when you right click, and if you do alter the menu to allow for custom field it just comes up as custom field as oppose to the name of the custom field and no data may appear in the column making it useless

  This should be available in the status of the RFI but only be available when you close the RFI. I don't believe that this would be acceptable when the RFI is automatically closed using the 100% complete, therefore in tandom with this request I would request that the 100% complete can be changed (on the project specific/folder specific basis) to 99% so that this close action can be completed and assigned a closed status by either the client or the administrator/document controller
