Audit trail of documents sent/received by external organizations and persons, same process as hardcopy issues with A4 issue sheets, clearly identifying who had what, when. at present URLs from static and dynamic folders are useful for sending the documents, but the folder contents can be edited by the enterprise owners, making reliability of the information sent subjective.

Hi Cara, thanks for your suggestion. As you know the Transmittal module is encapsulated within VfP - they can only be sent to users of VfP, and they can only contain documents uploaded onto VfP. The notifications themselves do not have any attachments; they link to the VfP secure environment where you must login and your audit trail is captured. This would be lost in external transmittals and would counter our ethos of collaboration - we'd encourage you to invite these users into VfP where you can control the risk you've mentioned here.
