This feature would be very beneficial especially under our Design workspace. No matter how much we educate our Design teams *NOT* to put a tick in the 'Email Recipients' box when they upload their information, countless numbers of times they still do, resulting in the recipients receiving a myriad of e-mail notifications in their inboxes and on smartphones. The option to be configured as 'greyed out' on the Design containers would stop this from happening.

YES!!!!! With a decent Transmittal function, why on earth would anyone need to set Recipients/Notifications on individual documents?!?!?! Especially when someone is dealing with a package of 30, 50 or hundreds of items!
