It would be useful if users could add/edit files to a folder for a certain period of time, and then that permission expire at a cut-off time/date or after a number of days. This allows submission of files to have a deadline, allowing the project manager to review and compile the data with a fixed set of submitted files.
I.E. 5 people submit files to a folder. On Wednesday afternoon, the folder locks for all but the project manager. Only the manager can now view/edit the files.
