It would be very helpful to have an easier way of revoking users, as currently if they have been attached to a Workflow or a Matrix transmittal you have to manually go into each project & find the WF or Transmittal & manually change this yourself which is very time consuming. There is no link to take you straight to this item they are attached to. An expiry date to lock out/remove users if they haven't accessed the system for a specified amount of time, or an option to add a group to the Matrix owner rather than an individual to overcome this issue, would be good. It is a very unmanageable task if your company has a vast amount of users.

Sorry Sam just seen this - a link to the affected item would be great, but an expiry date to lock out/remove users if they haven't accessed the system for a specified amount of time, or an option to add a group to the Matrix owner rather than an individual to overcome this issue, would be good. Of course an automatic function to reassign it would be the best outcome - Thanks Nicci
Hi Nicci,
Currently the software should not prevent you from revoking users if they're on a workflow panel or matrix transmittal, but it does notify you after you click "yes" on the confirmation prompt that any workflows or transmittals they own/vote on may be affected. It gives you the full path location, but not a link to the direct item.
Just wanting to clarify your request - would the ideal solution mean the software gives you a direct link to each item that needs to be altered? Or should it do something automatically to reassign the workflow/transmittal to someone else? Or would the ability to assign a group as a transmittal owner solve the whole problem?
Kind regards,
Sam
