When receiving email reports generated from a Matrix Transmittal, there is no way to identify within the email who the originator of the new/revised document is. Unless you click on the link and log into VP. It would be very user friendly if the originators organisation can be added.

Unless you create a matrix transmittal per organisation it is unclear on the transmittal who created the new/revised items and you end up with a long list of names/references. Can an extra field/column be added to include the organisation that has added/revised the item?
