The emails generated from Viewpoint tasks are too generic and the important information isn't clear. If the task is an RFI this should be in BOLD and also its name and description possibly and if its a Tech Sub etc.. the same would apply. This might be done by simply allowing the Logo/image uploaded specifically to each type of task, or as a heading.
The biggest issue is that a lot of people in the construction industry aren't not computer people and we have to make this transition as simple as possible. This would really help buy in for V4P.
