We're looking for the possibiliy to personalise the Task Bar, see the attached files.
We use the public files option a lot to make a connection with a Systems Engineering program called Relatics.
From Relatics we use/click the public link to open files directly in/from 4Projects.
Now it costs us several clicks to make the files public and to copy the hyperlink. That could also be a one-click action.
So making the file public would be a one-click action and copying a hyperlink would be a one-click action.
To me it seem that making these two options available in the Task bar would already do the trick.
Then it would also help in a lot of other cases!

Another thing related to the same post is this.
I link a great deal of files out of IBIS in my BIM in one time. Sometimes 200 docs in one. These are object related files that say something about that object. The so called specs or As Built documents. I would like to suggest that this funcionality is under one of the other buttons i suggested in the former post too. In the attached file an example of the files i link.
Suggested "one-button" workflow after a selection of multiple files would than be:
- make all documents public (with pasword protection)
- copy link in Windows memory (Notepad)
And
- make all documents public (without password protection)
- copy link in Windows memory (Notepad)
Use this link in BIM as in the example. (This is outside the workflow of course)
This would make the workflow even easier.
