A lot of people are have become confused in regards to the BS Purpose Status Column and the RIBA Stage of a drawing. Adding the a RIBA Stage Column would eradicate confusion for everyone and will also tell them what stage a drawing/document is in at a glace, rather than thinking that the status is a stage.
This should be a drop down menu giving the person who is uploading the option to input the stage as well as being able to edit this within the editable grid.

Hi Emma,
Thanks for your suggestion - one which I'm happy to report is already possible in VfP. You will need to request the addition of a Custom Field be added to your project, which can be a drop down of RIBA Stages - please see our help material here.
