API to Query Documents Checked Out by User

We check out files to a User via the API before editing to prevent them from getting overwritten by other users. During the day a User may check out multiple files he/she is working with. At the end of the day, it is difficult to ensure all files have been checked back in. A feature to Query documents checked out by User either by email or GUID would allow us to prompt the individual that he/she has files checkout and request they check in the files before leaving. The Query could simply take a User GUID as input and return a list of Document GUIDs for documents checked out. From this we could Query the Documents and get additional information.
