For companies using the BS1192 naming convention , could the option for the system to auto populate certain fields when uploading / creating Task based on the Originators Login details ie Role Code, Originator Code

Yes - the Numbering Convention not being applicable to Tasks and Transmittals is very annoying to say the least - can't establish any consistency on the references to those.
This would be very useful and time saving - we have had lots of queries regarding this from Design Team and Consultants - Great Idea!
