The ability create a markup on documents in VfP Mobile using a touch device would be very useful during in workshops

In the field marking up of documents either as a direction or an elaboration or a record of discussion/agreement is a big efficiency lever at the field coordination/supervision level. (this is not about designing in the field which is problematic - its about providing immediate record of clarification during site discussions that can be recorded and say transmitted to the sub-contractor). Another example say would be related to re-positioned temporary equipment within a sketch on a Safe work method statement as it is discussed in the field by the work-group doing the job. (within the competency area of the supervisor of course). Maybe there are other ways to achieve this.
