Tender Module - Workflow Visibility

  • At the moment any documents under view that are in the Tender are not viewable or listed for the Tenderers -
    1. Should the Tender Module Override the Workflow Visibility (or should a Virtual Container have the option to turn ON or Off workflow visibility)
    2. Or can we have an automatic notification to go out to the tenderers when the items under review become visible
