Rather than having to configure all decision nodes with users or groups that then can view, comment or vote, how about a dynamic decision node where the voting panel is blank. The uploader (or if the node was positioned some way into a more complex workflow design the preceding node voter) would have the ability to choose who the item should be directed to and who should be carrying out the next vote.
This would be useful where a document control check was positioned as the first decision node in the workflow design then followed by this blank dynamic decision node. Rather that the current situation where you might need 74 workflows for 74 packages to determine a different voting panels for each package, you could have one workflow design that fits all and the document control (or whoever) can push items to whom ever they need to be directed to on the fly.
[This must be designed so multiple items can be redirected at the same time.]

a long overdue idea with great potential,
Any idea to when we will have this functionality , projects need this option. It has been mentioned in several road maps. 2 years now
Any progress on this since 2015?! We would also find this useful at SRM!
