It would be great if on a public link you could customise what fields the end user will see, as this would make it easier to read the full name and description.

We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

Can we have an update on the status of this please
Hi all,
We're planning to uplift the Public Link landing page in 2018 to include more relevant metadata and give the receiving party some more control over how they download/export the documents and information contained within the link.
Kind regards,
Andrew
As an alternative option, I do this by highlighting the link within your document right click and select hyperlink and then changing the 'Text to Display'.
