If we select a document, then go to Action Email, this allows you to email that document to an email address. The email address can be more that one person.
Within the Activity Log, it status that you have Dispatched the Document , it does not note who you sent it too.
Can the system note the recipients for record piurpose

We are using Transmittals, Notifications and Public Links to share information. My point is that VFP has the option to allow users to email documents from the system to anyone ( internal, external ) If this option is used we need to be able to have a look at the activity log to see who the document/s have been emailed too rather than just it was despatched.

Could I please ask for a little more information on when and where you are using the email function? Are you distributing documents through it to external parties? Or is it more an informal 'flag' to other VfP users?
Where are you using this over Transmittals or Public Links?

This needs looking at to retain the audit trail of a document
