We had someone upload files and mistakenly check the "Make file(s) private to recipients" options. 2 weeks later we are wondering where this information is and are not able to find it (even me as the project power admin). Please can we have the option of being able to remove/deactivate this feature at project level

This is currently possible via >Configure >Settings >Manage at any container level and Overriding the ALLOW_PRIVATE_DOCUMENTS setting.
