Customers often use the linked locations feature to expose documents that have finished approval/design and are ready for use. It would be more convenient to be able to create a new folder on-the-fly when adding a linked location for a document/group of documents. This avoids cancelling the work you've done drilling down to the right place, only to need to close that window, drill down again, create the folder, go through the linking process and drill down again to attach the documents.
