Under personal settings, there is an option to select the user download format.
At present, there are only 4 options - none, default, origonalfilename and name_revision.
It would be very useful if we could have the option of creating bespoke download formats, such as name_description_revision.

We have refined our download format options, offering BS1192 compliant configurations.
we are have great difficulty downloading from 4P on to our own drives and to Conquest as filenames are to long there is not a category suitable foe us in the settings we need Number Description Rev only
