Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

I agree. have suggested something similar. if a QR code exists then if it is uploaded with comments then it can be automatically filed in the system.
We are new to Viewpoint and have seen that one features of our old system that would be really useful in VPF .
It would be good if you can add some form of QR or bar code to each printed drawing.
The purpose of this is that anyone can quickly check that the drawing they are looking at is the most up to date. They can use any QR reader app on their phone, to read the code.
After being scanned a page is returned with the drawing name, latest revision date and a simple green tick or red cross to show it's status.
The key here is that you don't need to be a user if the system, or log in order to see the status .
All subcontractors, site staff and management are able to see a drawing status quckliy and easily.
