Features should regonise the user

When voting in the workflow I have to scroll down the list and find my role in the design team to vote and then down to the bottom to upload a comment. this is silly. the system knows I'm logged in. it should know where I vote and automatically fill in the drop down. and when I vote B there should be a check box saying "upload now?" and if checked when I cast my vote a dialog box to upload my comment appears to upload then. currently I have to scroll down to upload comments.

also File names should be automatically generated by the system. so if I upload a comment to a drawing the file I upload should be renamed an agreed series such as "drawing number" "company acronym" "comments" "todays date".
