Prevent item from getting into a double workflow when this is not wanted in the project.

My client wants to change a workflow for a container.

The change is so big that I have to make a new workflow.

I have changed(or sometimes paused) the old one and started the new one.

But these workflows have the same start filters(same container) when started

So my experience is that when an item is already loaded into the old workflow, that when it is edited it will also be loaded in the new workflow.

So the item is in a double workflow.

Correcting this is really time consuming.

I'm looking for an option to, for example, enable or disable this possibility for a double workflow per project.
