It is time consuming to log in each time an item comes for approval via the workflow. It would be fantastic if you could see the document in the email link and vote without logging in. This would mean you could process workflow items from your phone.

Hi Andrew, thanks for your input here. Whilst we recognise this would save a lot of time in processing email notifications/actions, this would shortcut the security and audit trail that is an important part of VfP. We would not look to implement this feature specifically, but rather work on improving your user experience around managing and executing your workflow actions from within the VfP environment.
