Currently if you click the paperclip for an attached file, it adds the attachment to the clipboard. To open the file you have to download it as a zip file. Also, to see which file is linked to a item, you have to open the properties, then when you click on the file name that it is linked to, it takes you to the properties of that document instead of just opening the doc.
It would be much more user friendly if you could open the file by clicking on the paperclip or link. Or even just to preview the document. I would even take being able to download the file from by clicking on it in the clipboard instead of it always getting put to a zip file.
