Would save a lot of time if you could keep the attachment information with a document when it is revised or updated. Or by default the attachment or link always uses the current revision. So you don't have to remove the old revision and then add the new revision.

Or to have the option (rather than forced) - i.e. when doing a Revise, have a tickbox, "Carry forward Attachments/Linked Locations" (or maybe that could be two separate tickboxes).
