Currently the HTML5 View & Markup tool must be selected as a user level setting. The administrator must then train all new users to adjust this setting in user profiles, which is harder to gain adoption as it adds to the administrators requirements. Suggest creating this option as an enterprise level setting so that administrators can assign this for the enterprise. Also, suggest to enhance the HTML viewer by being able to utilize a stamp feature and to burn in markups.
