There is no way to copy items as you would in an operating system, so that a separate stand-alone copy of that item exists elsewhere.
Copying items from one location to another by linking is not suitable, as editing the item will apply to the original item as well. Batch downloading & reuploading/re-registering can be very tedious depending on the number of items.
