It would be useful to have an extra field in the search to filter out/exclude items within a search ie if there are hundreds of structural drawings in the structural folder it would be great to filter out all the 'RC' to give a result of all items in the folder that do not include RC in the description field
This would make reporting and creating transmittals easier to exclude certain documents
