From: alerts@4projects.com is just unacceptable. We should at least be able to have a short version of our company name or and individuals name incorporated into that.
How about HTLYONS@4projects.com or htlyons.alerts@4projects.com?

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

I agree with this. Getting emails from a random address does not help you manage your workload. Can you please link the user to the email address and create an address that gives the recipient a clear view of who it has come from.
I suggest even the person who creates the alert (i.e. same person who creates the new document upload or discussion etc). Its very difficult to track emails when they are standard from: alerts..
I agree with this! creating a suggestion with this plus other email layout issues, its not that user-friendly to have so much random text
