Could you please offer solutions for a plugin that can be used with Google Chrome, MS Edge? Internet Explorer is outdated and soon to be retired. We only use Google Chrome so this plugin doesn't help our firm.

Confirming DWood's comment that there is an option for the HTML5 Viewer in user's settings, this will allow you to view / mark up documents on Chrome or Firefox. We enabled this last year as our first step to moving away from plugin-based viewing technology. Our goal is to continue to enhance the HTML 5 viewer and reduce the need for the ActiveX plugin based viewer. In the meantime, for those users who need all the features of the ActiveX viewer, Microsoft still continues to support Internet Explorer and will continue to support it through the end of Windows 10's lifecycle in 2025.
I assumed they were referring to the Explorer Plugin since it was the first words in their subject line.
Related to the internet browser, if you change your settings to let HTML5 be the default instead of Activex, then you can use Chrome or FireFox.
Is the original question here targeted at the Brava ActiveX plugin that still requires Internet Explorer, or the 4Explorer application as mentioned in the previous comment?
This plugin works with Windows File Explorer and is not dependent on whatever internet browser one uses.
The problem I have run into is that it is not very reliable with Windows 10 until Viewpoint approves its use with Windows 10.
My workaround was to install a Virtual Windows 7 machine in my Windows 10 machine and simply jump to it whenever I have to use 4Explorer Plugin.
