I'm in the process of printing out 167 mark-ups for review for a consultant and this is extremely time consuming. Ideally we would do this virtually using the view and mark-up tool however printing is currently the best option.

Surely there is a way of doing multiple mark ups rather than one at a time..................so time consuming and labourious
It would be very useful if comments could be downloaded onto PDF's as a batch, the mark up tool is a great idea as this records peoples comments at various stages but its very time consuming to download them. The publish tool is also very slow.
It is currently very time consuming to individually download multiple mark-ups, it would be a great help if there was a function for batch downloading all the drawing comments in one go. This would save a lot of people a lot of time.
Realized today that we can search to create a list of all mark ups but cannot access them from this list. Would love to see the ability to batch download all mark ups as pdf, Seems strange that we can view a list of them but not do anything else? As the guys previous have said, it is so time consuming to publish to pdf and download individually.
Just spent 40 mins publishing and downloading 57 Markups!! There must be a way of bath downloading surely??
Would be great to have the option to export multiple mark ups at the same time, possibly move to clipboard and then download from there? At the moment having to trawl through individual files, go to view and markup then publish to pdf before moving on to the next one. Seems like a total waste of time :)
