That would be a very useful feature. Viewing them one by one is very time consuming.

Users are frustrated at not being able to bulk download mark-ups - will this ever be included in future releases? From the comments below, an update on when this suggestion will move from 'Planned' from yourselves would be greatly appreciated.

Being able to manage the amount of pdf and construction documentation without having to individually access and download individual documents is critical to improved efficiency. This is a function which is quite normal on many document control platforms and I hope is part of a 4P upgrade very soon

please implement this upgrade. The system is meant to improve efficiency and currently does not assist with this.

It would be good to receive an update for this. Currently we are downloading individual mark ups with is a time consuming task. We are struggling to get our consultants on board with using the online tool as it takes so long to for them to review other comments.

Need this function adding asap as not best to waste days downloading individual markups/comments as pdf or equivalent. Improved efficiency dealing with these is a must have.

On one of our main projects we don't use the online markup system at all for this very reason.  The same with workflows - different consultants need the freedom to comment in any order as and when their time permits and currently we simply have commenters create Secondary Files which are added manually, and the latest markup set as primary.  It may be click-heavy, but it's less click-heavy than having to launch Brava for every single drawing or to employ somebody just to "push" things through workflows to try and match reality.

Can Viewpoint provide an update on when this is planned for?  It is a necessity to be able to access the comments easily to make the Mark-up tool usable. 100 drawings taking 5 mins each to access = an entire day downloading comments.

Wow - still waiting from August 2017!!

Is there any update on this? I have a user that still has to open up *every* drawing (circa 94 of them) via the View and Mark-up tool to be able to download, save and print the system marked-up comments. Not a productive use of time. 

Please let all 143 voters know when this feature will be implemented.

100% agree.  I have recently had to download 274 drawings with markups!  Not a constructive way to spend nearly 2 days!
