The "Click Here" link is the reason Notification Transmittals are sent. Scrolling past numerous recipients to find the link is onerous and frustrating.
This link should be contained in the upper part of the email, immediately visible without scrolling in the area referred to as "above the fold".
There is already a section called "Attachments" and the link to the item should be in this section.
Whether the link is moved or replicated to the upper part of the screen is immaterial, users should not have to hunt for the thing that is the reason for a Transmittal in the first place.
An alternative is to have the list of recipients collapsed by default and expandable by use of a toggle.

Agreed. The list of document numbers as a long sequential string is a waste of space and an annoyance to recipients. It makes us as Document Controllers look sloppy and reinforces the wrong messages and ideas that many non-DCs exchange between themselves about us. I'm sure we all wish the notifications we generate were presented to a standard that we would be proud of rather than ashamed of!
