Sometimes, you want to add users to distribution groups, or workflows before users have accepted their invitations.
This is so when the user does eventually accept their invite, they will be auto alerted of tasks, workflow stages, notifications etc.
If a user doesnt accept their invite for a long time, they might be excluded from the audit trail and will have a good excuse. The only way around this for us is to keep checking invites to see if they have accepted or not. Would like more autonomous features

I've got a continual problem with 4P invitational's that for some strange reason cannot be circumvented.
We have invites to a group of people to a particular area/project. The stragglers unwilling but most likely just 'not bothered' to accept in a hurry is a problem.
1./ yes we can accept by proxy for 'New' users.
2. - THE PROBLEM, existing users not accepting and dragging heels. Maybe due to bad experiences in the past or forgotten login credentials to accept using their 'existing' account. They don't accept or accept by creating yet another login.
With point 2 above we cannot get 4P support to accept on their behalf and add the area or project to a users profile. I'm starting to believe the user does not accept because they prefer not to and 4P support need to realise a way to accept by instruction from us the 'Inviter'
We need to find a way to add a project to an existing users account ?
