Presently the after 60 minutes of inactivity in the main web page resulting in a user being logged out. This timer does not take into account activity within pop-up windows such the Workflow designer, View & Markup or IFC Viewer.
I would like to see:
1) an option added to allow the timeout to be extended/reduced on a Enterprise by Enterprise basis.
2) The timeout counter to recognise activity in any Viewpoint webpage, viewers/pop-ups etc.

At the last review, our security team again decided to keep the system timeout at 60 minutes; in the short to medium term this is unlikely to change. However we recognise that actions such as View & Markup and Workflow composition can take longer and we will review how we can do a better job of handling these actions. I've merged this suggestion with VPC-I-158 and flagged for further review.

Of the few irritating features I find the time out feature the most irksome, an option to increase the timeout period would be appreciated.

I have had a number of people who have also mentioned about being logged out when in the middle of 'live revising' - Very Frustrating

When live revising Viewpoint can time out in the background - please add some sort of option to increase the timeout period.

As this query seems to have been originally launched back in Apr 2016, what does it take for it to be prioritized, ie how many votes are required to increase the priority of it being reviewed/actioned?

It also times out when uploading a batch of files via personal container which defeats the purpose of using it to batch upload (from zip files) or larger documents.
