Improvements needed -
1) Project title to be included in the email description, along with the title of the notification. Currently it just says "New Viewpoint For Projects Notification". This is not helpful for someone working on multiple Viewpoint projects at once. Alerts are often ignored in Outlook because it is necessary to open up each one to find out what it contains.
2) Recipients are currently shown in a large table which takes up most of the email. This list should be more concise and take up less room. It's not the most relevant part of the email.
3) The attachments should be shown in a table, rather than just document numbers in one long string.
List the Name, Description, Organisation, revision and Authored date
4) The Download link should be at the very top of the email. Not right at the bottom where it will be missed. It would be helpful to be able to download the attachments directly from the email as well, without having to open up the notification in a separate window. To many clicks and not obvious to all users.
5) Ability to add a default comment to all notifications. Currently comments need to be copy and pasted repeatedly from elsewhere.
