at the moment you get a file name that tells you nothing and a project title. doesn't help when you have lots of emails to look at, some people here have thousands to wade through.

Information that is emailed direct from the system, when received in an email doesn't have a suitable subject heading. The subject heading is "Attached items are from xxxx" this should say what the item is

This change would see a huge increase in interaction with VP across businesses, people need accurate information, customizing the title bar would definitely mean greater 'buy-in' from users in our organisation.

This issue has now been 'In Development' for coming up three years. Can you give us an update?

The main complaint I have with this system and in my opinion the biggest flaw is that when we upload new drawings / documents, there is no way of anyone knowing what has actually changed on the document without opening it up, which is extremely frustrating when 100's of documents have been updated. When uploading a revised document, there is a 'Notes' box that can be filled in. Can the transmittal emails not be customised to include 'Notes' as another column?

As suggested by others, I would like to be able to:
1) Opt out of emails for one enterprise but opt in for another enterprise.
2) Be able to customise email alerts to include the document description. The description is the document title which is actually meaningful to people, unlike the name or filename which are usually just the document number.

When you get an alert for tasks in your emails, the following details appear:

Activity Status:
However, the DESCRIPTION of the item does not appear.
This causes delay and is not helpful.
I believe it could be easily improved.
