So instead of having all the information just dumped in one folder, to make it look more professional and neater to have the documents seperated in its individual folders and link can include the subfolders with folders.

This is much needed and is something that is provided with rival platforms. We spend an awful lot of time providing information into user friendly sub-folders for our supply chain to access when tendering. However this becomes undone when they download the files and are inundated with a mass of individual files. It leads to loss of confidence as to whether the supplier has reviewed all the information relevant to them as it could be overwhelming.
The process for using the system as is for the likes of tendering etc is very time consuming, either having to build separate folders with separate links or expecting your contractors to battle through masses of information. Being to structure these would be ideal.
This is becoming more and more an issue, when using public links for enquiries. We put the time in to form a sensible folder structure, only for it to disappear from the link. It's not best practice (for us) to issue out a single dump of information and expect the third parties to sort themselves - especially as it is organised at our end.
a great idea and long overdue. When using VFP as a basic function for sharing items for pricing, to see a structure of virtual containers would be a great help.
