When sending out large enquiries to sub-contractors, a lot of information needs to be sorted into multiple folders. If a single link could be sent which provides access to a set of public files and folders, that would be idea. Instead of seeing a mass of docs (if the sub-folder link is used), we'd like to see a directory.

Ideally, the folder tree discussed would be included in the Tendering Manager section, as opposed to a static container in the main file structure,
